I will be posting my food diary here. See where I can tweak it. I weigh on Thursday. This is my 3rd week actually on plan.
Week 1 - I lost 8.5lb
Friday 11th Jan 19
Bfast - Over night oats - 40g porridge oats (HEB), 1 muller yog, 80g frozen mixed berry medley from asda (Blackberries, blackcurrants, Redcurrants, strawberries) = 1 syn
Lunch - 2 x Asda soft white mediem sliced bread 800g loaf, baked beans, 2 poached eggs. = 10 syns
Tea - Chicken Fajita pasta - Diced chicke, garlic, dried mixed herbs, mushrooms, onions, peppers, Schwartz fajita seasoning - 200g penne pasta = syn free
In between - 1 Tesco strawberry pencil - 2 syns, 6 Mcvities Jaffa cakes, 40g smoked cheese (HEA) - 15 syns
Total - 28 syns
Saturday 12th Jan 19
Bfast - Nothing
Lunch - Nothing
Dinner - Quorn chicken nuggets x 15 - 7.5 syns - boiled rice, chicken stock pot, Garden peas, baby sweetcorn, mushrooms, peppers
In between - 5 salted caramel matchmakers, 2 rocky road hifi bars (HEB) - 5 syns
Total - 12.5 syns
Sunday 13th Jan 19
Bfast - nothing
Lunch - Chicken, 10g pack of chicken and mushroom pasta n sauce = 0.5, Peas, Swede, carrots
Dinner - sticky pork stir fry - pork fillet, mushrooms, peppers, spring onions, dried egg noodle, 1/8 of 120g of blue dragon stir fry sauce = 1
In Between - 14.4g Cadbury choc buttons - 4, 3 x heroes chocs - 7.5, 500ml semi skimmed milk (HEAx2), 2 x Dark choc orange Hifi bars (HEB)
Total - 13 syns
Monday 14th Jan 19
Bfast - Bran flakes (HEB), 25g of sultanas - 3.5, 250ml semi-skimmed milk (HEA)
Lunch - sticky pork stir fry - pork fillet, mushrooms, peppers, spring onions, jacket potato with salad (Lettuce, Endive, Red & White Cabbage, Cucumber, Carrot), 1/8 of 120g of blue dragon stir fry sauce = 3
Dinner - medallion steak, Chinese 5 spice, Bean sprouts, Carrots, Sugar snap peas, Onions, Baby sweetcorn, Water chestnuts, Mushrooms, Peppers
In between - 3 cabury heroes mini chocs - 7.5, 2 chocolate jumbo snack a jack - 6, 2 clementines
Total - 20 syns
Tuesday 15th Jan 19

Inbetween - 2 x 250ml Semi skimmed milk (HEAx2), mini cheddars 25g bag - 6.5
Total - 7.5
Wednedsay 16th Jan 19

Lunch - Tuna, spring onion and 3 tbsp. lighter than light mayo 1.5, jacket potato and salad (Lettuce, Endive, Red & White Cabbage, Peppers, Carrots, Spring onions, cucumber)
Dinner - 5% beef mince, dried spaghetti, pasatta, onion, garlic, mushrooms, pepper, herbs
In between - Apple, 2 clementines, 1 chocolate jumbo snack a jack - 3

Lunch - 5% beef mince, pasatta, onion, garlic, mushrooms, pepper, herbs, jacket potato
Dinner - bacon minus fat, pork fillet , dried onion, five-spice, ginger, pepper, garlic, baby corn, onions, dried egg noodles
In Between - apple, red grapes, orange, mango fingers, Brown barm 60g - 6, 8 cadbury heroes - 20
Total - 28 syns
