What's done is done and only you will know whether it could possible affect your weigh in. Depends how much you had, what you of had and what your diet had been the rest of the week. Face your demons and work out how many syns you had and then take it from there. But one thing you really must do is think about why it happened and plan for what you wil do next time. Look on it as an important learning opportunity.
