alcohol?

hi there

yesterday i had a few drinks, not even much, just 3 vodka and cranberry i was fine when i got home etc, but woke up in the middle of the night wanting to vomit and bad diareea, is this what happens?
 
i don't think it was the alcohol as such probably the effects of stomach acid.

i've researched the alcohol bit and there is nothing on the internet regards ketosis and alcohol other than a link to this thread and also about the fact that carb burning stops as the body then works on the alcohol and you get drunk very quickly (from experience)!

above all else alcohol is empty calories and is not recommended on this diet!
 
Would usually have a bottle of Red Wine on a Saturday night but the last time I did this and had a bottle of wine I didnt remember going to bed!!! Also had a HUGE hangover :(
 
there's nothing in your system to absorb the wine, you get drunk quicker! it's also fully of chemicals, calories and is a toxin in your body!
