I've just bought some probiotic drinks from aldi but can't find syn values
They are fat free so I don't know if the 1syn per 20kcal rule applies either

Fat free optifit active strawberry probiotic yogurt drinks 100g

58kcals

3.4g protein
11g carbohydrate

9.8g of which sugars
Trace fat
Trace fibre
0.05g sodium

Thanx its still not bad

wasn't sure if it was any less because it was fat free like a fat free yogurt is less syns than the 20kcal rule
