Sorry, I'm sure this will have been asked before but can't find the answer. How many syns in Aldi pasta and sauce macaroni cheese when made with water? On the weight loss planner SW app it says 3.5 if made as directed, i.e with milk/butter.

Oh no worries xx I did it online a year or so ago and found sometimes i could have done with a consultant lol xx if u need any more help or advice just let me know xx
