Aldi Strawberry fat free yogurt: syns/free?

    Hi everyone, I absolutely love these yogurts and they are much better priced than other brands. Unfortunately I cant find the syn value anywhere for them (i'm hoping thhey are free as fat free) I've found similar but not the exact same, can anyone help? Thank you

    Brooklea light strawberry fat free yogurt 180g from Aldi

    Carbs 12.9g Of which sugars 10.5g
    Fat 0.2g Saturates trace

    looks like the other flavours are 1 and half syns

    Thank you! Not free but nearly as good as :eek:) Did you use the calculator to find out the syns?

    I've tried the vanilla and toffee ones as they are cheaper. If you typed in Aldi in brand search and then Brooklea you'll see all of the stuff they make for Aldi :) shame they are not syn free but neither are some of the mullers now so these are a good alternative I think xxx

    thanks for that I've just bought some and they are delish, having them with banana and grapes x
