Aldi Tomato and rosemary cod fillets

Not a member at the moment so can't search, would someone be able to have a look at the aldi Northern Catch tomato and rosemary cod fillets, i've read somewhere that they are 4 syns, seems abit high though??? TIA

Hi can someone tell me the syns for white roll please
