Near target and hungry!

Hi I wondered if someone could have a quick look at my meal menu for today please.
I'm only 4.5lbs away from target but I seem to be hungrier than ever at the moment.
I usually try to stay under 10 syns and below is a typical day for me:
Bfast : quark with strawberries and raspberries with 17g porridge oats (3
Syns)
Lunch:
Salmon fillet with salad
Snack: 2 benefit bars (aldi) hex b
Dinner: SW burger homemade , Jacket pot , Salad.
Will prob have whole meal roll with dinner 6 syns.

Obviously I don't have burger everyday but I do cook a SW reciepe
From scratch every eve with either jacket pot, rice, SW chips or pasta and I'm very good with portion control.
But I'm hungry!!!!!
Any advise welcome. Thanks x
