Does anybody happen to know the syn values of the Aldi wholegrain rice pouches? Think the brand name is world foods.

It depends which one...

The classic wholegrain 250g pouch is 2 syns

The rice and grains wholegrain and quinoa 220g pouch is 3 syns.

The bulgarwheat, wholegrain and quinoa 220g is 3 syns.
