Would somebody mind working out the syns for this please:

Main ingredient is pork - 80%

Per 100g

Calories: 182

Fat: 7.6g (of which saturates, 1.2g)

Carbohydrates: 10g (of which sugars, 0.7g)

Fibre: 1.8g

Protein: 17g

Salt: 1.1g

Hi Sian, I thought it seamed quite high, but I definitely put the pork down as a free food, must be the fat content.
