Just to say my weightloss has slowed too.
I have been off cd for 4 days but I am back on it tomorrow. I'm not going to get any bars this time as I find some days I have 2 (naughty)
The only advice I can give is drink lots of water (must practice what I preach)

Yeah am having the chicken and veg as a treat at the weekends, which helps.
Had a 4lb loss this week which has really spurred me on!
Just found ideas to make shakes into muffins and soups etc, they sound ace! Can't wait to try them!
Congrats on your weightloss. You're doing really well. According to my CDC, it's ok to do mostly SS and occassionally SS+, if that's what you want to do. I'm just on SS+. Couldn't cope with only 3 shakes a day as I work very long hours and a very hectic lifestyle. Keep up the good work and have a great day.
