Alpen Porridge

Sorry if this is a duplicate thread but I cannot find any info having done a search.

Are any of the new Alpen porridges allowed on HE? If not does anyone know the syn values?

You can have 35g of any plain porridge but I think I'm right in saying these are flavoured? If so then then no they are not allowed as a B option

Synwise you can just use 1 syn for every 20 calories to work them out
