amjust soo thirsty

I am on day 4 and am so so thirsty again i drank 4 halflitresyesterday which is twice as much as ever.. i been upan hr and allready drank 1 half litres and still so so thirsty... cant be right surely?

Yep perfectly normal, I have always been thirsty on CD, just sip constantly and slowly rather than guzzling. You're body will tell you what it needs.

I agree, I'm always thirsty too unless I guzzle then just feel sick
