keep up your fitness as it will help you be strong in your pregnancy. i ran a 10k at 9 weeks pregnant and a half marathon at 11 weeks pregnant. was flaming hard work. i ran until i was 6 months when i had to stop. i did step it down from after the half marathon though.
thanks guys - I am planning on keeping fit - I suffered badly with SPD last time so am determined not to again - I am going to swim, walk and do yoga - and keep as healthy as possible xx
