Petal, im restarting today! after 2 failed attempts to start SS since xmas this is the one! ive took pics of me with no clothes on, all fat hanging out and stuck it to fridge door! ive also gots pics of me in August when i was 11 stone (3stone lighter than now) and the difference is amazing, I cant belive ive not noticed sooner how the weight was coming back on!
So (as he gulps down yet another glass of water!) here we go again eh?! Monday is always the day everyone restarts so good luck to everyone else starting today as well
