I'm loosely following Slimfast, with a bit of variety thrown in. I'm trying to have 2 slimfasts a day, 2 100cal snacks, and a healthy dinner. I am substituting the odd slimfast for a soup, or something else i fancy that fits into about 200 calories.
I'm a snacker, so the 2 snacks may increase to 3 but i'll try to be good!
