New to here, but have lost weight with both slimmingworld and WeightWatchers. Unfortunately it's time for me to start from the beginning all over again. Am off shopping soon, what's your favourite store cupboard supplies?

Hope the shopping goes well for you...unfortunately I always fall foul of the confectionery aisle..it screams too loudly and attacks me at the most inopportune moment!..
So which one are you going to follow this time?
