Another one back again!

Hi all.

After losing 5 stone and gaining it all back, I am back again and adamant. Using a forum before really helped so here goes!

I'm using the Slimming World method but doing it alone this time.

Welcome Back and good luck with SW.

You did really well before...5 stone off was a wonderful achievement and it shows you can do it and you will again.

You might like to set up a diary to help you stay on track and log your food.

Thanks Mini. It's only my second week and not really looking good for Monday. If I stay same or gain then I'll definitely do a food diary. Trying to avoid it though...
