I'm from Mayo originally, but have been living in Uk for 16 years.
I've been doing SW for a couple of months. I really enjoy it and find it easy enough.
Anyone know if there is a SW class in Mayo as my sister is interested in going. x

Quark!!
I have just found quark in Newcastle West Tesco, Co. Limerick. I have previously looked but nothing and then found it by accident this evening. It was sitting in the middle of speciality cheeses and meats. Couldn't believe my eyes. I used to always look in the yoghurt, cream and ordinary cheese fridge. Hope this helps!!

Lucky you red setter. I was using tesco healthy living fromage frais but my local store has discontinued it. Fell off the wagon for a long time but back at it now. Its slimming world or next step gastric band.
