Everything now is muscle apart from bit of belly fat, bum and hips.
I need to get rid of it lol
I did my legs at the gym(weights) yesterday square and everything will that shift it.
I also do a lot of running?
 
i'm sure you already know that you can't spot reduce fat. you can lower your over all body fat, and you can build muscle in specific areas, but if you're at a low proportion of body fat anyway, and you still have some areas which are 'padded', there's nothing, short of liposuction, that will 'target' fat removal from those areas. It sucks, right?
