I did Scottish Slimmers a few years ago and it was one of my more successful diets. More successful by my standards that is lol. I liked it at the time so maybe I will try it again.

Ive just looked out all my scottish slimmers stuff and starting a fresh today

I weigh 12 stone 6lbs which is far too heavy for my 5"4 frame. I feel heavy and ugly and I'm on a mission to reinvent myself into a yummy mummy.

Does everyone think I should actually go to the classes or try at home??

Anyone else doing it?

I would go to the classes! They have a great deal on at the moment, the rejoin fee is only £1, but it's going up in a couple of weeks back to £12, or £13, I think she said last night..
