Once again Christmas is hurtling in our direction, and I'm starting to worry a little  I live with my dad and stepmum, and there'll be swarms of people at ours over the festive period, which means gallons of booze and mountains of food to contend with!

I'm really hoping I can stay focused. For Christmas dinner I'll probably have everything, but a normal sized portion instead of my usual three helpings :p so no problems there. It's all the chocolate, mince pies, sweets, buffet food, wine, beer etc etc. Aaargh!

If you want it have, just make sure you count it and compensate with less somewhere else or more exercise to burn it off. As long as you stay in control the calories won't do any damage. It's when the food takes control and denial sets in that problems start... Easier said than done, I know!... So I will be locking myself in a padded room with only water and rice cakes, lol!!!

Good luck

I figure Christmas day is just that....one day. I let my hair down then but think about watching it the other days. Doesn't always work!:p

Exercise is the key here, as Lindsey says. Rather than making yourself miserable by denying yourself goodies, why not do some exercise to earn them? And I don't mean sitting on the exercise bike with a glass of wine and a ferrero rocher (not that I've ever done that...oooo nooo!;))
