anyone know what you can have for a sore throat?

I'm feeling like poo, ache all over, which I can take tablets for, but had sore throat most of today. Anyone know if sugar free strepsils are ok or not.

warm water and a couple drops of tea tree oil with the optional addition of a few drops of lemon juice and gargle. Tea tree helps kill any bacteria and helps a sore throat
