I quite like cardio trainer, it's free and iphone/android friendly. It has challenges on there that you can set yourself for short term goals as well

I use myfitnesspal too. Great for keeping track of my food diary when on the move & also recording exercise.

I use myfitness pal & runmeter. I love runmeter cos it emails me when i've finished a workout & keeps a record in my calender on my iphone.
