Apple flavoured water Iceland

Hey guys x

Firstly want to say a massive good luck to you all x

Can someone please tell me if while on a diet like Cambridge diet, you can still buy the apple water from Iceland as I went to buy some last night, I noticed that is has citric acid as well as malic acid in the ingredients. I understand I can still drink coke zero and doctor pepper zero as they only contain malic acids.


Can someone please help me with this

Or tell me about a alternative juice ?

I would double check with your counsellor - my instinct would be to say no as citric acid will knock you out of ketosis
