April Herbalife Weight Loss Challenge

Clover89 I have been doing a really strict diet with a level 10 coach it consists of the following

Meal 1, shake, tea and tablets
Meal 2, 4 egg whites cooked in coconut oil and tblspn of brazil nuts crushed
Meal 3, 100 - 200g of chicken breast with 100g of spinach
Meal 4, shake, tea and tabs
Last meal just before bed is 4 egg whites cooked in coconut oil, 4 brazil nuts
Drinking over 4litres of water each day.

Meals 1 -4 try to eat every 2 -3 hours apart.

Wow that is strict but working so well for u! I could give it a go but sounds difficult to plan on work days? Today is the last day of shop bought lunch for me (have been having the Tesco superfood salad so have been choosing well, snacks are a protein bar, banana yogurt or apple at 11am and 5ish x
