Does anyone know how to stop your soup getting the frothy top when you blend it? Soup shouldn't be frothy It's just a little thing but any ideas? :sign0009:
I never blend mine hun, I heat a small pot of water on the hob add the packet then use an egg whisk then take it off before it comes to the boil....perfect
i mix a small bit of water with it in a saucepan into a paste then gradually add the rest of the water stirring all the time whilst it heats on the hob. i take it off just before it boils
I put soup in a mug - add a little cold water to mix it to a paste add hot (not boling) water and stir with a fork Works for all but the leek and potato which does need a hand whisk.
