According to the online app the whole pack is 6 syns...wow that’s a bit steep!!! Must be the cheese!

The pack says its 150g and that the cheese is 20% of that, 20% of 150 is 30g so could I use it as my HexA? x

I would say , that seeing as its six syns, then that would correlate to the cheese, and as grapes and apple would be free, then I would say you can use the cheese as your hea. Maybe weigh the cheese just to be sure and protect your weight loss x
