Asda chosen by you vitality bars

Sorry if this is already on here somewhere but I can't find it . Does anyone know how many Syns a Asda vitality bar is ? Also if anyone knows how many syns an Atkins advantage bar would be ?

The Atkins bars are around 10-11 syns.

They have no free food allowance, so you can work them out as 1 syn per 20 cals.

I cut them in half and have half for around 5.5 syns.

Thank you , these can be a life saver if I'm at work and no time to get anything else or take anything with me ! X
