Hi,

I found:

Asda Good for You, Natural Probiotic Yogurt, Low Fat 200g pot

½ Syn on Extra Easy Original ½ Syn Green ½ Syn

However when you search for greek it only comes up with full fat ones. Not sure if this is the one or not, checked asda's site and its called.

ASDA Good for you Natural yogurt - Greek style
(200g)
£0.50

Calculator says:

1 Syn per package/portion on Extra Easy
1 Syn per package/portion on Green
1 Syn per package/portion on Original

Based on Asda nutritional value of:

Typical values Per 100g
Energy 336kJ/80kcal
Protein 5.7g
Carbohydrate 8.2g
of which sugars 8.2g
Fat 2.7g
of which saturates 1.7g
Fibre Nil
Sodium 0.09g
equivalent as salt 0.2g
Calcium 205mg (25% RDA)
RDA = Recommended Daily Allowance

Compare it to the pot and if its different let me know and i will run the figures from the actual pot you have.

Hope this helps.

Usually the 0% is free, I haven't had the asda one, but get the tesco 0% greek, and thats free, so would think as long as it's FF and not virtually FF, it would be ok.

Oooh I'm a big fan of the asda fat free greek yog, i like to have it with raspberries and a couple of mini meringues (1 syn each) for my pudding MMmmmmm
