Asda frozen white rice

Hi does anyone know if the Asda frozen bag of white rice what ya just put in a pan of boiling water is free or has it got a few syns??

Look at the ingredients list in the small print on the back of the packet. Does it just say rice? In which case it is free on green or EE.

If it has oil in its ingredients, then it is not free.
