Hi! I know the chickpea Dahl is free but these asda Bombay potatoes were just next to it the other day so I grabbed them, anyone know/can please tell me syn value xxx

CLUB 10 (lose 22lbs from start-which would be 201lb) - DONE!!! 28/07/12

Get into 13's : DONE!!! 28/07/12

Lose 1/2 stone (13st7lbs) : Yay!! Done again after xmas 9lb gain!! 24/1/13. Aaaaand again after Amsterdam gain. 17/05/13
Get into 12's : YAY!! Done 31/05/16

Lose 1/2 stone (12st7lbs) :
Achieve Healthy BMI Range :
Attain 'good' bodyfat % :

Slim and Save Goals : 23/07/12 - 23/08/12 Lose at least 1 stone : DONE! YAY. Lost 1st4lbs total
