22½ Syns per package/portion on Green

10½ Syns per package/portion on Original


not sure why so many syns really, maybe if the sauce is made with cream or alot of oil

Thanks so much for all your help. Really shocked with the syns though, didn't think it was that high Oh well, hubby will have to finish off the other two tins I have in the cupboard. Doubt he'll mind though, it's moorish.

If you eat beef, the M&S hot beef curry is 4.5 syns for a 400 gram tin on EE and original. I love it served over bns and cauliflower.
