Hi can anyone tell me if Asda Vitality bars can be used as a Health Extra b - the apple and raspberry ones are 73 calories. Or will I have to syn them so then on the 1 syn per 20 cals ruling they would be approximately 3.5??

They definitely aren't a HExB - the only bars (except for HiFi's) which now count as a HExB are:
    - Special K Chewy Delight, milk / dark chocolate
    - Weetabix Oaty Bars, all varieties

Looking at the SW website the Asda Vitality bars are all 3.5 Syns each.
