Hi there
I am considering making a switch to calorie counting after a failed attempt at Atkins
I lost half a stone on Atkins but found it made me feel ill
I think it's because I kept breaking the rules then I would go through "Atkins flu" over and over again! I have already ate carbs today cos I felt so sick & dizzy 
Does anyone have experience switching from Atkins?? I am worried that half a stone might come back on fast when I start eating carbs again while on cc??
