August Challenge

Hi everyone, I know its late in the month.... but can I please join the august challenge? I've only been on juddd for 5 days and its so far so good for me at the moment :) I haven't had my 1st official weigh in yet so I have no idea how my body will react to juddd.

I would love to say I had lost 4 lb over 2 weeks so that will be my august challenge :) to lose 4 lb in august.

Yay achieved my goal for the month @ the end of week 3 (268), but have 2 FD's over the next week, birthday on weds (21 & 372 months lol) & and Birthday bash on sunday so if i dont end up gaining by the end of the month I'll be happy:party0011:

Weighed a day late this week, 1.5lb loss which I'm dead happy with - feels as if the weight is finally shifting & finding this so much easier to stick to than other diets! :-D

Blew my August target out of the water. This is my last weigh in for August, a total loss of 12.1lbs :) and this is the first and only challenge thread I've ever completed on minis as I've not stayed on the diet long enough or actually achieved my target. Hurrah!
