Does anyone no how many syns the ready sliced and cooked asda bbq chicken is? As i cant find in the book or web site.
I no the chinese one is free tho.

It's so annoying when things are not on the website!! The other ready cooked chicken things are either free or 1 syn per 100g. Surely they won't be any more than that? I'd say 1 syn per 100g to be on the safe side!!

I wish the helpline wasn't a high rate phone number!!

when i worked it out online it said 7 syns per 100g i new this wouldnt be right. maybe i will call them!
