Hi there,

Just had my checkup at the docs and my blood pressure has dropped from a massive 132 over 96 to 122 over 82!!!

Bloody impressive!!

They also weighed me and I've dropped from 139kg to 121kg!!The weights a bit off from class but I'm taking all I can!

That's wonderful news David. I took mine at home this morning and according to my machine, it's drop considerably. They have been trying to regulate mine for 5 years now! I've only lost a stone too so I'm very impressed. Think I should go and get it checked by the doc to see if my meds need adjusting. Well done on the weight loss too.

Blood pressure is a confusing thing !! I've done loads of reading and keep getting different answers I';m just happy taht its going the right way.

My resting heart rate was also down to 65 which looks great as well.

My doc was aware of Lighterlife and is brilliant about it, really positive.

My wife got charged £15 to get her initial form signed and I was due to get my signed the next day. I asked the doc if there was a charge and he said absolutely not you're paying enough for the diet as it is.
