Back Again!!!

Hi all, just thought i'd say hi again!!! Lol.
After getting down to 10.11 stone at Xmas then coming off the C.D diet for medical reasons ive now started it again at 13.10 stone. :sigh:
This site helped me loads last time and reading all ur stories is a great help on keeping me focused.
You are all very inspiring to me!!
I've had my 1st week WI and lost 7lbs so wasn't too bad.
