Well after losing 5 stone 7lb I thought I was invincible....... turns out I'm not and THREE whole stone attached themselves to my fat backside whilst I was not looking!

I'm going to try Slimming World this time and I am going to get it all back off again - plus a bit more if the stories on the SW forum are right.
