Hello,
I am back again for the I dont know how many th attempt at CD. I have been back on for nearly 4 weeks now and lost 17 pounds so far. It was 18 yesterday but one of my fat cells decided to invite some of his friends back to the party bas***d.
This is the first time in about 3 years that I have stuck to it 100% for more than a week so feeling quite proud of myself. I seem to have developed a no choice attitude which is helping massively. I am getting married in July and my Mum is making my dress so need to be at goal or as close to as possible by the second week in April. I am currently 12:4 and want to get down to 10 stone by then.
I have not found it too much of a struggle this time until yesterday afternoon when one of the lovely boys in the office ordered a p***a. I could have bloody killed him.
