Back Again...

I'm back...AGAIN !!!:wave_cry:

So last year I lost almost 5 stone in lipotrim. Started eating again and put it all back on,, Yay

Just been away for a few days to Disneyland Paris and had a terrible time. Pain in knees. back and having panic attacks due to me thinking I would not fit on the rides.

I am going through the gastric band process with my GP but I've got to do a year weight management thing first..

So I'm back here as I LOVED this site and all the lovely people on here. I'm trying 'slim sip' now for a while to see if this can kick start.

I just fail at every diet I try and its really getting me down now... 10 years on a diet !!

Keep positive. I can do this !!!

Sorry to hear you gained back the weight - been there & done that too.

What weightloss plan are you going to do or does the doctor give you a diet to follow. Hopefully in a year you'll be able to shift a good amount of weight and won't need surgery.
