Hi I last posted on here in the summer when my weight hit 20st. Since then I have gained more and now find myself at around 23 stone.

2013 was not a good year and I am determined to make 14 better!

Aww im sure it will be.i was 20.6 at my heaviest in march, worked really hard for my wedding in august and got down to 19st.
Since wedding though I ended up having emergency gallbladder removal and christmas, and lets just say slipped into old habits :(
Weighed myself today and back to 19.6st...back on it with eating and exercise, its so hard though already with christmas stuff still in haha!
We can do this together :)

You've only failed when you stop trying. As long as you keep going you've not failed Hun.

I am sure you will make it this time man.The first month is really tough but once you continue doing exercise or whatever you are planning to do for one month and keep your mind strong and focus on your goal, everything will become very easy.If someone can do it why can't you.See the picture below and feel the difference.

"Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference between weight loss success and weight loss failure"."When you feel like quitting think about why you started"."Loosing weight is hard, Maintain weight is hard, Staying overweight is hard-CHOOSE OUR HARD".These are few inspirational quote I always keep in my mind while feel like quitting or controlling my diet.
