Hello everyone
Well, I thought I would come back here again now that I have got back on the Slimming World wagon! I've had a bit of a year of it, which has led me to being at the heaviest I have ever been.
But - I hope - this will change quickly.
My willpower is terrible, so if there is anyone out there willing to help me/keep on my back, then I would be eternally grateful.
