Back on LT....

Hey people! Hope everyone is well and still losing alot of weight!!

Well, I've made a decision to go back on LT for a couple of reasons really.

Firstly, i came off my Hen weekend a week yesterday and obviously had an over indulgent weekend...would do it all over again a million times!! (It was worth being fat for but i knew it had to end sometime!) and need to get my mind set to healthy eating again...
Secondly, i do want to be slimmer for my wedding and when i go on my honeymoon, i want to have a few pounds to play with. I am really happy at this size now but wouldn't be happy any bigger and im pretty much guarenteed to put weight on over my wedding and honeymoon.
Thirdly, because i want to!!!

I am on my 2nd day and feeling ok....

Good luck with your new goal! How much do u want to loose? Your weight loss really motivated me in the first weeks I was on LT. I really hope u get to where u want to be! xox
