I’ve rejoined slimming world again
I weighed in a week last Monday at 15.05 had a full week on it and I lost 5lb
I need all the help I can get and remember how much I loved this site and how amazing everyone was so here I am.

Hi Joanne nice to see you back posting!
It's very quiet on here now compared to a few years ago but a couple of us still post and chat to keep motivated.

Yes it is a real shame. I still find filling in my diary each day helpful but it would be nice for a few more people on here to chat.

Well done on your loss
I did Slimming World a few times in the past and had success with it twice, but never stuck with it once I’d got there
Hence I’m back at the start again!
I’m calorie counting now ( find it more flexible)
I have a diary on here too that I started again with … although haven’t updated it for a week ish ( need to do it)
Still trying to find my mojo .. although the past 2 days have been good

im new to the forum.
I have around 3 stones to lose.
I have somehow already lost one stone with slimming world.
It does seem quiet on here.
