Hi Everyone,
I'm returning to CD to lose more weight. I lost 4 stone on CD and more before and after. In total I've lost over 7 stone.
I'm coming back to CD because I have a thyroid problem and CD is the only diet that works. I need to lose 3.5 more stone in order to get IVF - if I need it. I also have to get there before the end of May next year when I'm 40.
So I'm extremely committed and will lose the weight - if my thyroid permits! So far I've lost 11 pounds in 8 days - so far so good.
