Back to square one!!

Hey peeps I'm a newbie to this forum but not to Dieting. I'm 24 and weigh 14 stone I'd like to loose 3 stone and bulk up. This is basically an intro just to say hello to everyone and to hopefully find some friends along the way.

Has anyone got any tips they can share with me or any experiences they have had? My weakness is a cheese sandwich ( yeah I know it's strange ) ? so as you might of guessed I eat quite a lot of bread which obviously is not good at all.

I lost this all before and have put it all back on again and as Christmas is just round the corner is would like to loose some weight before then as it could be a lot worse come the end of Christmas especially when there's the Christmas dinner.
 
How you mean what diet? Mine will just be a case of healthy food and lots of water.

People use the protein shakes quite a bit but I'm never to sure in what one to use? Do you use them? And if so could you recommend any.
 
Most of us girls have to watch what we eat. You're not alone:)
