Bacon on green day?

I can any one tell me how many rashers of bacon I can have as healthy extra on green day?

It depends on the size of your rashers You'd need to go by weight and it's 85g raw weight or 57g cooked weight (lean meat only, all visible fat removed)

I think it has changed to 90g raw weight & 55g cooked

It is a lot though if u buy the healthy bacon from Tesco & cut off all remaining fat
