Does anyone know the syn value of bacon cooked dry with the fat on, and removed before served. Is it still free or terribly high in syn?

Free if the fat is removed. I'm not aware of a rule that says fat has to be removed from meat BEFORE it's cooked. You wouldn't do that to chops or a chicken?
